Bexley Public Library 2411 E Main St, Bexley, OhioThe Circle of Excellence (COE) is a free, annual event that that is open to the public and for anyone to attend. It highlights the achievements of minority students and celebrates community leaders. It will be in person in the Bexley Public Library auditorium (NEW LOCATION this year).
