The Circle of Excellence (COE) is a free, annual event that that is open to the public and for anyone to attend.

It highlights the achievements of minority students and celebrates community leaders.

It will be in person in the Bexley Public Library auditorium (NEW LOCATION this year).

Refreshments will be provided for all to enjoy during the event.
