The Circle of Excellence (COE) is a free, annual event that recognizes graduating 5th, 8th, and 12th graders in Bexley. The COE ceremony is open to the public and for anyone to attend. It highlights the achievements of minority students in the district and celebrates community leaders and alumni.

It will be in person in the Bexley Public Library auditorium and will also be recorded for virtual viewing.

During the COE, BMPA provides refreshments and presents scholarships to high school seniors, to be used for college or post-high school vocational training.
