2024 Asian & Pacific Islander Heritage Festival
May 10 @ 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm
Join us to celebrate Asian & Pacific Islander Heritage Month with food, culture, and art!
Date, Time, and Location: Friday, May 10th, 2024, 6-8 PM at the Bexley Public Library parking lot
This is a free, public event with no admission fee or ticket necessary, and is co-hosted by Bexley Minority Parent Alliance and Bexley Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. This event is also made possible with generous grant funding from the Bexley Community Foundation and the Bexley Celebrations Association.
We are looking for event volunteers, planning committee members, and people to spread the word about our fourth annual festival.
- NEW in 2024! Order a festival t-shirt designed by a Bexley Middle School student.
- Sign up to be a festival volunteer on May 10th by emailing Betty Brown or Christine Overway.
- Join our planning committee by emailing the addresses above for a Zoom link to the weekly meeting. If you are unable to make the meetings but would like to help with action items, we can add you to our mailing list for event planning.
- Mark your calendar for May 10th, and bring family and friends!
If you would like to contribute directly to the costs of supplies, food, and entertainment specifically for this family-friendly event, please let us know by contacting BMPA@bexleyminorityparents.org — all donations are tax-deductible as Bexley Minority Parent Alliance is a 501(c)(3) non-profit. You can also donate via Venmo @Bexleyminorities and note that the donation is for the AAPI Heritage Festival
